Old Warehouse

"What're you saying Terra? You're on her side now?"

"I'm telling you to get lost!" She lunged at him and the sphere magically pulled him out of harm's way.

"Just tell me why you're doing this!" Tears welled up in his eyes, but there was no sympathy in Terra's gaze. His own sister was doing this. After all they had been through over the years, she was turning on him.

Serena landed on the rooftop with Leo, "She has no choice Emilio. That's why." She looked down at Terra with no sign of emotion on her face as she then looked to Selene, "How could you?"

Selene smirked and waved at her sister, "Easy sister dearest, after all, I don't have the same sympathy that you do for these pathetic mortals." She then looked over at Terra, "What are you waiting for? Attack them all!"

Terra hesitated for only a moment and she gasped and clut,ched her shoulder in pain, "Merda!" She pounced on Leo qnd they both went flying off the roof and Leo landed hard on his back, "What's she done to you?" He hissed.

"None of your business fica!" They rolled around in the dirt struggling to overpower each other. Terra wasn't using her hidden blade, but even so, her gaze held nothing but cold hatred.

"Stop fighting!" Emilio cried, turning to Serena, "Make them stop! Please!"

Serena quickly turned and magically separated Terra and Leo but then she was hit an energy wave from the ground and she rolled off the roof and landed on the ground with a thud.

"Careful Serena, you might want to worry about yourself rather than them!" Selene then began charging forward to Serena.

The two were only separated for a moment, and Leo had Terra pinned to the wall. She seemed to be in too much pain to resist, "Attacking the only two people on earth who give a damn about you! You're the most stubborn, self-centered woman I've ever met!" Terra just scoffed, and he slammed her head against the wall until blood trickled down her forehead.

Emilio couldn't control the sobs as he glanced between the two fights.

"Un momento." Terra gasped.

"This isn't a joke Terra!" He slammed her into the wall again, but she wouldn't release her grip on her shoulder.

Selene approached her sister and picked her up laughing as Serena came to her senses. "Terra," she yelled across the way, "embrace your inner darkness. The mark will help you!"

Serena looked over and saw Emilio sobbing and it struck a nerve as she grabbed Selene's arm and removed it from her throat as Selene's eyes winded. "Enough!" she yelled as she spun her sister and threw her through the closest wall.

Leo looked back for a moment as Selene came crashing through the wall, and Terra took the chance to throw him off and knock him back. She then fell to her knees, her grip tightening on her shoulder as she ignored everyone else. She was always solo like this no matter what the situation, and there was only one person she was ever loyal to, but that man was now dead.

Serena walked over to Emilio and placed her hands on his shoulders, "Emilio, I need you to stop crying ok? Leo and I may need you." She then turned and looked over to where Terra and Emilio were and began heading in that direction as Selene stood up slowly from the wall debree. "You're feelings for that boy in particular seem to be the strongest. Perhaps I'll break his neck first!" Serena turned back to her and shook her head, "I don't think so." They both then disappeared but above the warehouses there were sounds of them clashing at high speeds.

Leo slowly rose to his feet as he glared at Terra, "You have to stop this kid."

"Just leave while you still have a chance. Take Emilio with you. Getting caught up in this is a bad idea." It was the only thing that amde sense out of all of this. Even after all this time, Leo still hardly knew this woman, who started out as just a weak little girl on the streets. She changed so much since then.

Terra glanced up at the warehouse roof and Emilio stared down at the two of them, trying to hold back his tears.

Serena and Selene stopped in mid air across from each other and just stared. "Remove the mark."

"Not a chance." She laughed and looked down at Terra, speaking to her mind this time, "What are you doing? Attack. Fight. Kill."

Serena shook her head and looked down the others. She would hate to leave Terra with her sister, but knowing full well what kind of magic was at work, she knew it may be the only way to keep her from hurting Leo or Emilio.

As Selene's words seared into her mind, Terra screamed in agony and clawed at her shoulder. "Leave me alone!" She cried as she jumped up and ran off into the nearest alley, vanishing from sight.

Selene cursed then looked back at Serena and the others, "Well, looks like we'll be ending the fun early, but don't worry, be seeing you all again soon." She then disappeared in a purple swirl.


Serena sighed then lowered down to where Emilio and Leo were. "I'm sorry."

"It's not your fault." Leo said sourly as he walked back towards home.

Emilio took Serena's hand as he looked down at his feet, "Terra's only attacked Leo like that once before."

Serena looked down and spoke softly, "Well,this time, it wasn't out of Terra's own free will. It was Selene's." She sighed then flew back with Emilio holding her hand and his sphere following behind.
